We got treated right! Everyone was polite & helpful when we picked up five cans and a roll off trailer. Alvin was especially helpful and friendly. He showed us how everything works & explained all the features of the system. He answered all our questions and made sure we were “road ready” for our 1,100 mile trip home. The sales staff was great at Texas Pride as well, they were very easy to work with and very pleasant.

I own Patriots trailer rental... We ordered two dump trailers a couple months ago to add to our fleet. After having these Texas Pride dumps a couple months, it's time to review the dump trailers. *UPDATED @ 6 months of ownership at bottom. I'm in Florida so I ordered these through email with a couple phone conversations to collect payments. I drove the 1200 miles to Texas to go pick them up when ready. The ordering process was easy but they did not add the rear legs I requested in my email. After driving 1200 miles straight through to Texas, I was exhausted and I didn't notice they didn't add the legs . I noticed after I returned to Florida. It's my fault for not catching it. The trailers are well balanced and towed great coming back to Florida. The trailers have been very reliable however over the course of the last couple months of owning them I keep noticing incomplete welds and bad welds with poor penetration. I also found that they use caulk along the weld lines and then paint over it. Our biggest issue was in the paperwork.... They put the trailers in our personal names instead of our business, despite the order form clearly in our business name. This has created many additional headaches and added expense for us. Unnecessary expenses. When I called and brought it to their attention, they didn't care. It took me 2 months, with the help of my local DMV, to get both trailers registered in our business name so we can add them to our rental fleet. That was 2 months of lost rental income. The trailers are good for the money. We haven't had any real issues with them but Some welds are not pretty. Make sure you get what you requested during the order process... Make sure the paperwork is correct before leaving. UPDATE: We are 6 or 7 months into owning these Texas Pride Dumps And they have proven to be true workhorses! I have increased our rating to 5 stars. Generally speaking most renters don't care about your equipment. They get overloaded and abused and these trailers just keep on keeping on. Our 7x14x4 has seen the most use and abuse and it continues to work perfectly. Although I was not initially happy with some of the welds, these trailers have proven to be VERY strong and capable units, and for the money, a good value. We don't see many Texas Pride Dumps here in central Florida because another company has heavily blanketed the area with their units but If you want a really good trailer with a higher 16k GVW then offered here locally and at a lower price, check out Texas Pride. It was worth the drive to Texas to go get these dumps. I am very pleased with their performance and low maintenance. 5 stars, I do recommend!
Went to hq to pick up a roll off trailer for a buddy Alvin took care of me the whole time! He was super helpful and friendly, he even showed me other trailers that I asked about while there! Had me in and out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever picked up. Thank you Alvin!!
Just purchased 2 dump trailers from Gus in Madisonville and had them delivered to Houston. Quoted me 2 weeks and delivered in 1. Transaction was smooth up until the plates. New way of doing things via the state registration caused a small hiccup so just be aware. Don did his best to get me situated and William was excellent getting me loaded and performing my safety checks. I would like for communication to be better from the team but everyone is different and it’s trailer sales after all, can’t be too picky. Trailers look good for the price point and I have others from Texas Pride that have held up. People complain about the paint and welds but I own other brand trailers and they all are made pretty similar. You buy these things to work em. Definitely worth the money, just don’t go in expecting to be in and out in 20 mins like me. Will return again
I custom ordered my trailer 7x14x3, Joe Lamar was straight forward and very helpful when it came to any info/questions about the trailer. Joe didn’t try to upsell or just try to convince me to buy something I didn’t need or didn’t come looking for. Buying process was easy and simple, promised build that was 2 weeks, I got surprised with a call in only a week out. Came to pick up and they went through the trailer with me. From ordering my trailer through Chad to picking it up was great, communication was great back and forth, I had changed some things on my order but Chad got it squared away quickly. I picked up the trailer today 09/05 from the Madisonville Tx location, I live 1600 miles away but retired so not a big deal, met Chad upon arrival and then Brian who hooked me up, Brian is a super nice and personable guy! We stood around talking about big trucks for a bit, good dudes. Trailer looked amazing and actually better than I’d expected reading some of the reviews On finish. Love it thank you guys

My experience at Texas Pride was beyond phenomenal. From the very first day I walked in, Joe was there to help me. I didn’t even get the chance to sit down before we were already walking around and going over all the specs on the trailers. He made me feel more comfortable than I do at most places where you’re just left to look around on your own. Since I had never owned a trailer before, I wasn’t sure what to look for, but Joe gave me the full red-carpet walkaround and explained everything in detail. That earned my respect right away. I came by a few times, and even though I felt like I might be bugging them, Joe and the staff never once made me feel uncomfortable. I purchased a couple of trailers from Texas Pride last week, I ordered one of them, a 30' 30,000 gvwr lowboy a few weeks ago and it came in quickly. The trailer is very well built and heavy duty. I also purchased a 30,000 gvwr dump trailer that they had in stock. The dump trailer is very heavily built and seems to be very good quality. The trailers were very well priced and the Jim and his guys at the Lebanon Missouri store were great to work with! I look forward to using the trailers and will update the review after I use them both more.
Ordered a trailer from Lindsey, shipped within 3 days, was very pleased with the ordering process. When the trailer showed up at the dealer, Jim and his guys inspected and prepped it for service. Walked me through all the details and got me on my way quickly and with all my questions answered. Very pleased with everything. Already started using the new dump trailer and couldn't be happier. Half the price of anything around where I live and much better quality.

Great experience! The ball in our truck bed hadn't been flipped up for use in quite a while and everyone there helped us figure it out, and then trained us in how to hook everything up properly, and made sure lights were working, etc. Highly recommend!

They told me that the trailer will be arriving from Texas in two weeks but one week later they call me saying that my trailer just arrived I was so happy I went and pick it up. Just picked up a new 16 foot dump trailer from Texas Pride dealership in Perris Ca. Saleman Flavio was perfect in the delivery and communication. From the time I arrived to purchase and take delivery was less than 45 minutes. If you need a high quality trailer for a fair price give these guys a call highly recommended.

This is my third Texas Pride trailer and I can’t say good enough about them! The trailers themselves are quality and have held up well for me to this point. I now own two dump trailers and one flatbed and will definitely buy with Texas Pride again. The customer service is great and specifically Flavio was a big help from the initial call all the way to picking up the trailer. Great job, Guys! And great trailers!

These are nice trailers. I have bought 2 from them now. This time I called Monday told them what i wanted, they had it ready for pick up in 2 days! get a nice brand new trailer here for what people sell used beated down ones for online.

I want to thank the guys at Texarkana location for for their knowledge and help with the purchase of my new trailer. Henry was great. I had a small problem on the road and Henry jumped right on the issue. I was put in contact with his Warranty supervisor, Jordan. This guy is amazing! Was able to give me 3 different options for taking care of my trailer and getting me back on the road. If this is a standard for how this company takes care of customers. Awesome dump trailer. Got the 18k gooseneck, upgraded the tires, spread gate and 3 ft sides. Trailer came right on time and the quality is very good. Have hauled a few light loads, 2 -8 ton of 57 and one 5 ton of Riprap. Was worried about the Riprap dinging the trailer but she did just fine and no dings at all. The telescopic front lift works great. Haven't had a chance to try out the spread gate yet but I am sure it will work just as well as everything else has. The trailer tows great empty and with weight in it. Very pleased with this purchase and will most likely buy an equipment trailer in the future from them.
I went through the whole process of buying a trailer at the east bend location and picked it up a week ago. No issues. Go by and visit Judson and the crew there. Nice trailer at a good price and great service at east bend.
Drove all the way from GA to pick up our new 25ft electric tilt trailer. The process was super fast and everyone was very friendly.
